
Young student. First session. Stared with a warmup and explained the benefits. Talked about balance and CoG. Did some easy movement exercises, taking small steps and transferring weight. Introduced quiet feet, toes, outside & inside edges. Tried pinks but struggled on some. Introduced twisting/pivoting and side on climbing. Moved to the AB wall and used red and orange route to try climbing just pushing with the legs. Failed on orange, near the top.
