Description

Mountains:⛰️ Brim Fell⛰️ The Old Man of Coniston [Coniston Old Man]
We had a stunning day for our hike up the Old Man of Coniston with Nikki and the girls. The weather was perfect, with clear skies and excellent visibility, making the views from the top absolutely breathtaking. The hike went according to plan, covering 10.38 km and also taking in Brim Fell.At the summit, we enjoyed a relaxing picnic while taking in the scenery. The calm, sunny conditions made for an enjoyable and memorable outing, with no wind to disrupt our day.It was a perfect blend of adventure and family time, with everyone enjoying the beautiful surroundings and the sense of accomplishment at reaching the top.

Area : Southern Fells (Scafell Pike)

The Southern Fells Include Scafell Pike, the highest peak in England, occupy a broad area to the south of Great Langdale, Borrowdale and Wasdale. High and rocky towards the centre of the Lake District, the Southern Fells progressively take on a moorland character toward the south west. In the south east are the well known Furness Fells, their heavily quarried flanks rising above Coniston Water.
