10 days running a Rock climbing supervisors foundation (RSF) course for East Midlands UOTC.
We used a number of single pitch venues in Lancaster, Kendal wall, Farleton crag, Hutton Roof and Long Scare in the Lakes.
We covered:
-knots
-PPE
-Indoor leading up to grade 3
-Climbing fundamentals
-looking at building Bottom rope systems
-Crag etiquette
over all a good 10 days teaching.
On reflection I would try and use the space and other areas of the indoor wall more constructively. ie plan Where, When and Time.
