
Teaching Sean. ve done bit of trad climbing hovering around S/HS leading single and multi pitch single rope only
dont climb massivly often probably once a week outdoors but the more into season the more ill climb, last time i went climbing was couple week back, around Leading Severe havnt done huge amount of seconding but could second e3/4 on grit at burbage north and south, havnt got preferance, would be good to get on some multipitch learn the ropework mainly the belay stance how to efficianly swap over leads using rope vs sling etc would be good to learn using half ropes but probably not enough time for one day, yeah got helmet-shoes-nutkey -rack if needed any doubles of any size nuts/cams etc
Grades s-HS. objectvies: multipitch, rope work with half ropes, stance swap, rope vs sling anchors. Venue: Idwal, Tennis shoe. Plan p1. test movement skills, belaying, gear, rope work. Sean to copy my sling anchor. P2. Sean to copy my rope anchor. P3-5 Sean to build his rope and sling anchors, manage stance and rope, IDEAS, ABC, P6. swap leads. Tricky sling anchor on pitch 7. Short scramble to abseil. Intro to abseiling. Practice gear throughout. Sean FORGOT HIS HELMET!!
