1st day walking and climbing sollo central gill on great end (III) death travers and deep gill (II). Bivy below east buttress. Big walk and navigation to coniiston old man vial hard knots and, duddon warner scar and dow crag via lepards crawl.
Area :Southern Fells (Scafell Pike)
From the Esk Valley all the way across to Kendal and the M6. Includes Coniston area as far north as Little Langdale, Wrynose and Hardknott Pass.
