Direction: Land rover track SE to loch Gainimh. The rise to E first on path which fizzles out. FOllow shoulder of Canisp steeply up to top. Then descending SE over boulderfields following gentlest contours, swinging S to join track to Cam Loch then road and forest tracks SE then SW to School house bothy.
Description: First, steep off path rise then boulderfields, without and path, but clear visibility so possible to work out the route. Then, lengthy roads and forest tracks to make the next bothy. Excellent views over Southerland.
Part of week bothy bagging and wild camping in Sutherland.

Area : Coigach to Cape Wrath

This area is situated on the north-western tip of Scotland and contains 4 Munros (from biggest to smallest); Ben More Assynt (998m), Conival (987m), Ben Klibreck (962m) and Ben Hope (927m). Also included in the mountains list are all of the peaks above 700m. The southern boundary is the road which joins Ullapool to Lairg and then to the A9.
