Ben More (966m) is the only Munro on the western isles which is not on the Isle of Skye. There are also a number of other peaks above 600m on the mountains list. Walking/scrambling done on Ulva, Coll or Tiree should also be listed in the area. Oban is the nearest port on the Scottish mainland.
A lovely group walk to Dun Da Gaoithe on the second day of our Meetup trip to Mull. There were seven of us on this walk, all experienced walkers. Conditions were overcast at first and improved as we headed back down.
