Real test of perseverance in bad weather today, I was completely soaked and had some pretty strong gusts! Started at tryfan that was really good fun, I was trying to look imagine what it would of been like to take clients up, I was trying to find anchors that I could use for rope work, was fairly busy on the paths, then headed over to glyder fach, then cruised to glyder Faw, then did some bad weather nav, navigation to the big contour differences, was good practice, then headed to y garn, and Down the path the ogwin cottage and back along the road to my car, great bad weather nav day today, my big learning point from today, was to ensure I kept looking at the map and not to get complacent. Great nav day today.

Glyderau
The Glyderau (a Welsh plural form, also known in English as the Glyders) are a mountain group in Snowdonia, North Wales. The name derives from the highest peaks in the range, Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach. According to Sir Ifor Williams, the word "Glyder" derives from the Welsh word "Cludair", meaning a heap of stones.
