3 weeks of work with Mendip activity centre on all their climbing walls and abseils. Each day was split into 2 halves with the group changing each lunch time.
In general the groups were immature with quiet a number of students somewhere on the spectrum which led to some interesting sessions. Especially as often the teachers wouldn't pre warn you. It wasn't until they were at the edge on an abseil and started trying to undo the carabiners that someone might mention that this particular student has issues.
Great learning though and a great experience.
It was great working with many other instructors and being able to observe how others deal with certain situations and rig up the climbs and abs.
