Loved it - parking at easan dubh fall, up crags, hairy edges at top and a bit of climbing up to summit then down old mans face, and up to beinn an t-seilich and other top at 714(same ridge) spotted a large herd of dear but they didnt spot me! back up old mans face (very hard on legs) down crags and back to van at 20:00 - mountain was like a lion on the face but a lamb on the rear!
Area :
Loch Fyne to Loch Long (Beinn an Lochain)
South of the A83 as far as Dunoon and sandwiched in between Loch Fyne and Loch Long are a number of peaks, none of which qualify for Munro status. The southern half of the Arrochar Alps includes Beinn an Lochain, which at 901m was wrongly included in Sir Hugh Munro’s original list of 3000ft peaks in Scotland. The mountains list contains all peaks above 600m.
