Easy day due to allow recovery of slight neck injury. Aimed for the NE ridge of Stob a Choire Mheadhoin, which is a grade 1 ridge. Got to the ridge and there was cornices over the top and a rising freezing level. Tried avoiding the ridge but all options seemed a bit suspect. Dug a shelter and took lots of nice pictures before abandoning the plan
