Description

Seconded in my soft 5.10 Camp Fours (because I left my climbing shoes in John's car). halfway up is difficult in these shoes because there's only small feet. Top crack tricky and thuggy, although managed a foot jamb. Even John (confident HVS 5a leader) found it tricky!

Area : Carneddau

Includes crags which are North of the A5 through the Ogwen Valley, and those approached from Bethesda. Popular crags and routes include: Craig yr Isfa (Amphitheatre Buttress, V Diff), Carreg Mianog (Cracked Arete, VS 4b), Craig Lloer (Kirkus's Route VS 5a), and the magnificent Llech Ddu.
