Lead a couple of groups coasteeering at Stackpole Quay. Had another experienced instructor with me and a trainee instructor, between us we were training and showing how to run a coasteering session at this venue.
The sea was calm with no swell, conditions were good so we managed to do the LH traverse and trust falls. The swim over to the harbour wall, the RH higher jump and the harbour wall jump.
No issues, other than cold individuals. But we timed it right and got the most out of the session before we got everyone out.
