Description

I led this route first with Peter, i broke it up into 2 pitches.
Looking at his knowledge of building belays and getting a general read of his ability.
he connected himself using a clove hitch, he was very tidy with his gear organising and had a good understanding of flaking ropes etc.
I led of and repeated the same, but building good belays and getting his to talk me through what he could see.
we then went on to do cave route

Area : Highland Outcrops: Strathnairn and Strathspey

This area encompasses all the crags in Strathspey north of Kingussie and also those in Strathnairn. These crags are described in the chapters of the SMC Highland Outcrops South guidebook entitled 'Strathspey' and 'South of Inverness', with the exception of Creag Dubh (which is in the West and Central Highlands region in DLOG).
