MTA CPD evening. Running a MTA CPD for Navigation workshops with 2 x ML, 2 x HML and 1 LL + 1 HANTSAR. Started with bearings and pacings to nav in to various contours. Talked about contour interpretation and taught how to use browns, blues and black to relocate their position. As moved one went into timings, stories and also taught how to use leapfrogging in a)poor weather and visibility and b) as a tool on a hill with steep ground. Overall a really good 3 hours of teaching others and feedback was good.
