Description

Returned Sunday and it was a weekend of 2 halfs! The day was the perfect walking day or is the aonach eagach ridge a climb with those crazy pinnacles and chancellor! - only forward or back but no way off!!!!! I did have to stop twice and compose my self - it was life and death fealing and I was coming home! However one of the best adrenaline walks I have ever done, No fear of tall ladders now! Completed with John Scot my 64 years young buddy.

Area : Glencoe North (Loch Leven To Rannoch Station)

This area covers the northern side of Glen Coe and the mountains north of Rannoch Moor. Notable features include the Pap of Glencoe, the Aonach Eagach ridge (home to a few kilometres of horizontal scrambling) and the remote peak of Stob na Cruiache which is generally accessed from the train station to the east. Includes all major peaks above 600m.
