Description

Day 1 - 7 clients
Weather - very wet and quite windy.
Route - The brothers of Kintail.
TRAIL RUNNING - this was a really good route based on the weather we had, careful management of keeping the group warm was needed.
Day 2 - 7 clients
Weather - very wet and windy
Route - start at cluanie inn and straight up to A' Chraileag to Stob Coire na Craileig to the col between the next munro and descended down to the boggy trail in the valley.
TRAIL RUNNING - very wet day, but this route was brilliant for a bad weather day. Very cold on the summits and no visability, careful group management and navigation was required.

Area : Glen Affric and Kintail

South of Loch Mullardoch you will find the Glen Affric and Kintail area whose southern boundary is the A87 road to Inverness. The Five Sisters of Kintail, Beinn Fhada, Sgurr nan Ceathreamhnan and Carn Eighe are just some of the impressive peaks in this area, and all have their own unique selling points such as remoteness, size, steepness or height. As a result, peaks in the list are all over 900m.
