Leg 7 - Alston to Greenhead.
The first 10 miles fly by as we move quickly through fields, moorland, and even backyards. As the sun rises, I capture a few photos. We talk to distract ourselves from the long, dragging sections, and I’m relieved to finally start warming up. I think we are finally adapting to the cold and the fatigue isn't as painful anymore, or at least I'm less aware of it.
