Client had had surgery on her arms 3 weeks before but wanted to start exploring how much she could move her arm, so we had the day to look at alot of movement skills and al;so breaking mental barriers that comes with a bad injury.
She has almost completed 7 of the 7 summits.
She has Elbrus to finish off with.
