Kilimanjaro via Lemosho route. Leading 5 novice clients. Working with local guides and camp managers. Coaching movement in the mountain environment, nutrition and hydration, adapting to altitude and increasing chances of adaption, camp craft, clothing and giving encouragement when needed. Camp set up by local crew. D4. Barranco Camp (3900m) - Karanga Camp (3940m). Some scrambling up Barranco wall which required some coaching but the clients all really enjoyed it.
