Coaching movement in the mountain environment, nutrition and hydration, adapting to altitude and increasing chances of adaption, camp craft, clothing and giving encouragement when needed. Camp set up by local crew. D7. Descent to Mweka Gate and finish. Beautiful cloud and rainforest, saw Blue and Capsicum monkeys.
