Kilimanjaro via Lemosho route, trip 2 of 2. Leading 9 novice clients. Working with local guides and camp managers. Coaching movement in the mountain environment, nutrition and hydration, adapting to altitude and increasing chances of adaption, camp craft, clothing and giving encouragement when needed. Camp set up by local crew. D7. Descent down to Mweka gate. Saw a very curious Hornbill whilst descending through the jungle.
