Expedition to Everest Base Camp via Gokyo Lakes with an extension for Lobuche East & Island Peak. Leading 14 clients working with an assistant leader, local guides and porters. Coaching in self-care in the mountains, nutrition & hydration, dealing with altitude, movement skills, packing rucksacks and the full range of skills necessary for the mountains and Nepal.
Day 3. Acclimatisation walk from Namche. Saw two Bearded vultures performing acrobatics together below us in the valley!
