Expedition to Everest Base Camp via Gokyo Lakes with an extension for Lobuche East & Island Peak. Leading 1 client working with an assistant leader, local guides and porters. Coaching in self-care in the mountains, nutrition & hydration, dealing with altitude, movement skills, packing rucksacks and the full range of skills necessary for the mountains and Nepal.
Day 12. Gorak Shep to Lobuche Base Camp. After EBC the group split with 8 walking back to Lukla with Holly the assistant leader, 3 taking a helicopter exit from Gorak Shep and 1 (supposed to be two) clients continuing on to the mountains.
