
Personal climbing session before my coaching session.
I did my standard warm up:
Cardio circuits - 5-10 minutes
Mobility exercises using therabands and free weights - 10 - 15 minutes
Then my climbing:
VB- V0: 4 problems rom this set just practicing technique
V1 - V2: 3 problems from this set just practicing technique
V3-V4: 2 problems from the newish set opposite the cave. All pretty straight forward.
V4 - V5: 2 problems from this circuit in the new set opposite the cave. All pretty straight forward and uninspiring.
V5 - V6: Repeated a slab problem. So move and effortless - video on Instagram.
V6+ : Still working on the rock over move on the slab problem. I keep sitting on the high foot an not being able to stand up from it. May be some pistol squad training will help?
