
Personal climbing in between my sessions.
I did my standard warm up:
Cardio circuits - 5-10 minutes
Mobility exercises using therabands and free weights - 10 - 15 minutes
Then my climbing:
VB-VO - x2
V1-V2 - x2
V3-V4 - x2
V4-V5 - x2
V5-V6 - x3 - videos on Instagram. These were three new problems that had been set in the Void and on the wall opposite the cave. All of them took 2 attempts due to either misjudging a hold, or poor body positioning when making a move. This could be a sign of needing more core control.
I did work my white slab project and my yellow cave/slab project and have got a move further on each, which is fantastic. Both require a lot of leg strength and stability due to the deep rockover move needed.
