Back with Pete G to shadow the steep ground, group management module of the ML course.
I shadowed James for day 1. Up Seniors gully/ridge, around to Gribben ridge and down. Weather was horendous.
Great chat's with James. After training and assessing on a few courses I got a lot from shadowing again.
Realised assessing has given me a better idea of what Im' trying to achieve with the training course.
Day 2. Rope work and managing a group member on steep ground. Great to finish with a day with Pete, I felt confidant with what I was seeing and debriefed Pete on what Ii thought were the points worth mentioning. A great learning/confirming day.

Glyderau
The Glyderau (a Welsh plural form, also known in English as the Glyders) are a mountain group in Snowdonia, North Wales. The name derives from the highest peaks in the range, Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach. According to Sir Ifor Williams, the word "Glyder" derives from the Welsh word "Cludair", meaning a heap of stones.
