Day spent shadowing another ML trainee friend while she undertook remote supervision of a Duke of Edinburgh group on a practive expedition on the SE side of Kinder Scout and the area West of the Derwent Reservoir. Killed time waiting with practicing pacing on various available slopes and terrains. After dinner a night nav, off piste excursion up Kinder Scout. In the rain. Returned to campsite about 1.30am. Campsite owner suggested the next day that he thought our late arrival at the campsite meant we`d been out on the raz. Unsure where in the Vale of Edale on a Sunday night such raz might be found, but may be he knew more than we did.
