This area encompasses all the crags in Strathspey north of Kingussie and also those in Strathnairn. These crags are described in the chapters of the SMC Highland Outcrops South guidebook entitled 'Strathspey' and 'South of Inverness', with the exception of Creag Dubh (which is in the West and Central Highlands region in DLOG).
again another very useful session, i was leading, i set up, and also briefed the group, we had one client who got stuck, and refrussed to come down, was very useful as i decided to talk him down and to let go, which was great to put the practice into real.
