Start Pen-y-Pass and walk up Pyg track. Deep snow from the col onwards. Tough going with a group of youngsters from Oswestry School. Reached the summit after a lot of persuasion then headed down after a bit of food. We went back down the pyg track all the way to the start. Tough day and full on winter conditions.
