start at Idwal Cottage and walk to Llyn Idwal then up Eastern spur to the summit of Y Garn. Continue along ridge to Foel-goch. Back track to Y Llymllwyd to the Mushroom Garden and down to the road by Yr Hafod and back to the start point. A tiring day after the exerts from the day before. Also a smaller group after half the group had to go back after an illness.
