I find Henry an enthusiastic and conscientious person to work with. We have worked and climbed together on several occasions, and I feel that he will make a positive contribution to the outdoor industry, for which he has a very keen interest

Henry is an outstanding Mountain Leader with exceptional outdoor leadership qualities. Having worked alongside Henry in various challenging environments, I have seen firsthand his ability to guide, inspire, and ensure the safety of those under his leadership. Henry possesses a deep knowledge of mountain navigation, weather assessment, and risk management, allowing him to make sound decisions in complex situations. His calm and composed demeanor, even in demanding conditions, reassures those around him, fostering confidence within his team. Beyond his technical expertise, Henry is an excellent communicator, adept at providing clear instructions while also encouraging and motivating individuals of all skill levels.
