I have known Jim for several years both in a personal and professional capacity, and through a number of different outdoor activities including mountaineering. I have found him to be a safe, professional and knowledgeable leader, able to make sessions fun and enjoyable for participants. His breadth of experience helps enrich the delivery of skills to groups and individuals, and enables him to adapt to the varying learning demands of the broad scale of people and groups I know him to have worked with. I have no hesitation in endorsing Jim as a Mountain Leader and believe he will be a great asset to his organisation in that capacity.
