Left London in 98 went to live in Chamonix for the winter snowboarding and mountaineering what an inspired trip meet some amazing people did amazing thing I never thought I would be able to do! Worked for Acorn adventure in northern France return to the UK worked for 3D adventure, John ridgeway truly inspiring people and place
Outward bound until 2004 freelanced ever since. It beats driving round London for a job!

Neil has worked for our department (Carnegie Great Outdoors at Leeds Beckett University) for a number of years and I have found him very professional to work with. Whilst my time delivering on the ground with him has been limited his interactions with our Operations team, other delivery staff and our office have been excellent. He is highly trustworthy and professional with a good balance of humour and approachability which has meant we have employed him across a wide range of our programmes including complex deliveries with young people facing difficulties and as a Course Director.
