My name is Lou Tully and I am based in North Wales. I am a Mountain Leader course provider (Freedom Outdoors) and I regularly run training and assessment courses from my base at Capel Tanrallt (www.capeltanrallt.co.uk) and also out of Llanberis. I am always happy to chat through any questions that people might have.
I also run navigation, climbing and scrambling courses and bespoke days in the hills as well as on the coast.
