Lee Farmer is an accomplished explorer, mountaineer and motivational speaker who has trekked and climbed through some of the world's most remote and sometimes fearsome places, to come back with inspirational messages.
He completed the Seven Summits Mountaineering Challenge; the quest to reach every continental high point in 2011. He has been to the South Pole, Antarctica, three times, and has climbed 12 world high points as well as many UK and Alpine peaks. He has also trekked through some of the world's most inhospitable environments such as jungles and deserts, regularly exploring remote regions of Africa, the Himalayas and South America, sometimes as an expedition leader.
In the outdoors, I'm very much my own man, and it's in my inner psyche to challenge myself, get out there and become part of that huge world. I perform well in those environments, pushing limits and coming back stronger in life. I lead teams of intrepid youngsters or adults into the wild and am proud to be a qualified International Mountain Leader (IML). Having regard to the safety and enjoyment as well as the well being of myself and members of groups I lead is paramount. The skills, management, and discipline the MTA qualifications bestow are at the core of these principles.
