20 +years of experience working in the outdoor adventure industry working with individuals, including various different types of groups in a range of settings from small outdoor centres, to youth expeditions around the world. Have held several positions within different organisations as well as continued work as a freelance outdoor instructor across the UK.
Very fortunate that I work throughout the year as a Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor as well as a Winter Mountain Leader, based in The Lake District, but often found in North Wales, Scotland and parts of Lancashire and Yorkshire. My work is very varied between instruction, mentoring and group work. I
n my free time I try to spend as much time in the mountains as possible, and especially love visiting new places and climbing some classic routes. I also instruct across other outdoor activities such as caving and mine trips, watersports, mountain biking
