Consultant Clinical Psychologist specialising in Performance Psychology Coaching for climbers. Based in North Wales, working with individuals, groups and clubs either remotely via zoom or face to face at the local wall or crag. My passion is making psychology practical, and turning sports psychology research into practical and climbing specific skills to help climbers manage their nerves, stay motivated, and learn how to perform at their best through mental skills training. I also offer regular reflective practice workshops to instructors and coaching on the mental aspects of climbing, and have worked with many instructors, coaches, clubs and teams to deliver bespoke workshops around climbing psychology.

I'm a Consultant Clinical Psychologist who specialises in psychological performance coaching for climbers, working from grass roots level to elite. I have my RCI, BMC Fundamentals 1 & 2, Foundation Coach trained, ILM Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and CMI Diploma in Leadership and Management. This gives me an unique set of skills to work with climbers, coaches and instructors, to train mental skills and improve their head game. I also work as an Executive Coach, facilitating senior leaders and managers to develop their skills, improve their performance and lead their teams.
