I've led up to HVS and 7a on bolts, completed several grade III ice climbs and was a member of the Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Team. I am now owner and coach at Prowess Climbing Coaching, where I can put into place years of coaching experience, years of climbing experience and a lot of academic knowledge, gained through studying for my Masters degree in Elite Performance.
