I run a company called First 4 Adventure UK with Andy Rowlinson. We provide tailor-made short breaks for families and groups to go walking and mountain biking in any of our National Parks. We are also an Approved Activity Provider for The Duke of Edinburgh's Award and work with schools taking pupils on expeditions at Bronze, Silver and Gold Level as well as running residentials for Gold students. We love being in the hills and want to try and give more people the opportunity to experience the challenge and beauty that it has to offer and be inspired by our amazing landscapes.
