I'm a keen mountaineer and paddler and hold numerous outdoor qualifications including Mountain Leader (ML), Single Pitch Award (SPA), Climbing Wall Award (CWA & CWAA), Gold NNAS Award and I'm also a 4 Star, Level Two paddlesports coach. I'm a member of the British Mountaineering Council, Mountain Training Association and Canoe Wales. I'm currently authorised to deliver Mountain Training Hill and Mountain Skills courses and NNAS Navigator Awards.
