Hey folks thanks for looking me up. I'm a mountain leader currently holding the summer certificate. I'm intending in the near future to gain my winter cert, and train towards the international mountain leader award. I'm incredibly passionate about being outdoors, walking and scrambling the fells all over the country. I currently reside in the lake district however have a great love of Scotland, and spend all my free time playing up there. I love to pass on my enthusiasm and love for the outdoors to those who want to learn, and perhaps aren't confident enough to go alone. I've travelled well including the alps, tatra mountains, Canada, Norway and the himalayas. You may have come across me dangling around on the honister via ferrata extreme, but I work in all areas of the outdoors I can, regularly delivering navigation skills courses, which is a real passion of mine, I love maps. I lead mountain days, walking and scrambling routes, ghyll scramble, wild swim, and remote supervision for duke of edinburgh groups. I am a regular on the yorkshire 3 peaks, as well as national 3 peaks, and love to encourage people taking on challenges. Winter is my favourite time of year and hopefully if I stop playing long enough Ill gain the award so I can take people out next winter too. As a chef in my previous life, my rucksack is often full of homemade goodies! If you're in need of a friendly outgoing fun female leader for your adventures please drop me a line.
