I am an energetic business coach, consultant and outdoor leader, who will inspire you to get from where you are, to where you want to be in life and business, by literally taking you up a mountain.
After a successful 15-year career of improving businesses and teams, I joined my wife Claire at Mountain Boardroom’s parent company, Adesse Partners, in 2017 - a decision described by us both at the time as ‘either the best idea or the worst idea we’ve ever had’. A few years later and (thankfully) the former has turned out to be true.
Promoting the ability of nature to reset one's mind, rekindle passion and unlock creativity, I set up Mountain Boardroom in 2020 (one hell of a year to start a business...) to share the inspiration that expeditions into breath-taking locations can give to business leaders and entrepreneurs looking to kick it up a notch.
Someone who lives for taking things apart to see how they work, I am a life-long learner and live and breathes continuous improvement. My other personal projects are game development, 3D printing and keeping my classic car going until its next MOT.
Alongside coaching in the outdoors, I offer outdoor experiences for office teams, and led walking challenges. For more inforation, please visit my website.
