Based in the west of Scotland, I am a qualified ML with over 25 years experience in the Scottish mountains. Most of my work is private guiding for individuals and small groups, helping people achieve their specific goals, be it climbing Munros, Corbetts or Grahams, walking some of Scotland's long distance trails, or simply exploring Scotland's hidden lochs and glens. I am happy to tailor a programme to suit a client's particular objectives.
In my spare time I enjoy exploring new hill routes and walking opportunities.
I am passionate about Scotland and my work as a guide gives me ample opportunity to explore the dramatic and diverse landscapes and history of this country, and to share them with others.
I speak fluent German and some French, and have a current First Aid qualification.
