I have employed Charlie to work with a variety of groups in a variety of terrain, including Walking and Climbing Groups. Charlie is a very effective instructor and coach. Charlie has a wide range of teaching and coaching styles, and is able to adapt these to suit the clients he is working with. Charlie teaches in a logical, progressive way that is clearly carefully though through and designed around the student. A talented and passionate climber, this is obvious when working with Charlie. Charlie is an inspirational instructor who's own passion impacts upon his clientele and serves to further motivate them to learn and perform at the best of their abilities. A Logical thinker, Charlie is calm under pressure and deals very well when thrust into an unexpected scenario. Charlie is capable of analyzing a situation and visualizing all possible outcomes before deciding on action.
