I have been an outdoor instructor since 1998 and have spent my career in the outdoors coaching, leading and inspiring people in the outdoors.

I freelance for lot's of different companies from D of E to the MOD running 12 day courses with 4 day expeditions in the Highlands and N Wales. This previously named AT now involves personal development of the soldiers mindset, leadership and coping strategies to name a few elements. This taps into my previous experience with The Outward Bound Trust as a Apprentice trainer and Senior Instructor. Couple that with the best possible variety of terrain and challenges In the UK!
