Introductions and peoples backgrounds in coaching sport climbing.
- Looking at progression from starting to lead to performance sport and differences in what they need.
- Common areas for improvement.
- Need to develop risk assessment skills and planning for potential falls and procedures for this.
- Lead climb coaching and route choice.
- A look at where bouldering and training can integrate with sport goals.
- Feedback on the day.
