WORKSHOP CONTENT & LEARNING OUTCOMES
At times, we all have self-doubt, lack confidence and question our abilities. We may tell ourselves that we are not good enough or that we are nor ready for assessment.
Self-belief and self-confidence is a skill we can all develop.
In this session, we will look at some of the barriers and obstacles which are affecting your confidence as well as some of the beliefs you may have and discuss how these might hold you back. We will demonstrate and discuss approaches which enable you to reframe your belief leading to greater self-confidence.
This will be an interactive session, and some brief pre-work will be shared in advance as preparation.

WORKSHOP PROVIDER CREDENTIALS
Claire is a certified coach and mindfulness facilitator and has completed 500 hours of 1:1 coaching. She has worked in Leadership Development and facilitated many group coaching sessions. She holds Lowland Leader and Hill and Moorland Leader qualifications and is in consolidation for Mountain Leader.
