WORKSHOP CONTENT & LEARNING OUTCOMES
PEER LED CPD workshop for MTA members trainees/award holders for all walking leaders (Lowland/HML/ML), workshop to deliver greater understanding of what happens on a beach-and how to facilitate/lead great walks for customers in a Lowland environment.
Understand how pebbles come to be-processes/geology and identification.
Take in a bit of Sustainability-pick up plastics nurdles from beach and discuss.
Spot Flora and Fauna-lots of birdlife moving through start of Summer migration.
Kids and pets welcome-as are all MTA members from all regions.
Walk approx 2 miles in length.
EQUIPMENT/KIT REQUIRED
Clothing/kit commensurate to the weather conditions.
