WORKSHOP CONTENT & LEARNING OUTCOMES
Working in the outdoors it is hard not to come across DofE groups, attend training with adults involved in delivering DofE or it come up in conversation as if you know all about it!
So this session is for individuals who are just interested or wish to learn more about DofE and DofE Expeditions in particular. For anyone from an aspiring Lowland Leader, HML or ML to a qualified Leader looking for new pathways. We will look at what a DofE Award is, how the Expedition section fits into this, the Expedition Requirements and adult roles and training pertinent to this section.
This session is NOT for Outdoor Providers looking to deliver DofE please see here https://www.dofe.org/run/aap/ for this information.
This session will be run online. The link to the session will be sent to you ahead of the event once you have booked on. It will be run by Jo Ireland - MTA South East Volunteer with 25 years DofE Experience in delivery and operations.
